Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping. Express delivery options may be available at checkout for select pin codes.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. All payments are secured by Razorpay.

Yes, COD is available on most orders across India. Look for the 'COD available' badge on the product page. A small COD fee may apply to some orders.

We offer 7-day easy returns on most products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit My Orders → select the order → Request Return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it anytime from the My Orders page after signing in.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed by Razorpay, India's most trusted payment gateway. We never store your card or bank details on our servers.

Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.

Yes, you can cancel an order from the My Orders page as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once shipped, you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return.
